Which Type of Hair Style Suit You?

Hair styles are like stars in the sky; no one knows exactly how many there are! It may sound funny, but it’s actually pretty true. There seems to be a hair style for every type, texture, and color of hair, for every occasion and for every personality including who opt for letting a professional work his/her magic and those who prefer to experiment in their own bathrooms. It’s amazing what can be done with hair. It is so versatile to work with and anything that is done to your hair in terms of styling can be undone and even if it may take a few months the significance here is that it is not permanent, which is probably the reason that people experiment so much. So what have some of these experiments yielded over the years? Incalculable different types of hair styles! And here are just a few of the many, many types.

For starters, going short is a hairstyle in itself, and if you wish to get a short hairstyle, you have a vast range of types of short hair styles to choose from. The Bob is probably the most sought after short hair style simply because it is both trendy and easy to manage. But the bob cut can be altered in a variety of ways to make it a completely new type of bob hairstyle. There are all-in-one length bobs, inverted bobs, layered bobs and bobs with long, short sweeping, fringed or choppy bangs among others. Color and highlights are also used to give bobs of any type depth and difference.

Apart from the bob hairstyle, which is fairly long compared to other types of short cuts, the variety of styles is just as vast. For those wanting to go really short, you have the option of choosing the ‘short and sleek’ style which is great for dead-straight, full hair, there is also the ‘short cropped’ and ‘short and spiky’ styles that are edgy and fresh and the ‘pixie cuts’ that are cute but sexy. Again, color and highlighting can make the difference between an ordinary short hairstyle and an extraordinary short hairstyle!

Like short hairstyles, long hairstyles come in an equally vast range of different types and variations. Long hair in general, is a style, but it does not work for everyone, especially those with fine or thin hair as the weight that comes with the length will make hair look stringy and even more flat. But for those who find that long hair works, there are numerous things you can do to add more life or appeal to your hair. Going curly, or straightening curly hair are great ways to change up your look for different occasions. Changing your hair color or adding highlights, are also great ways to change your look on a more seasonal level, for instance many people opt for highlight during summer.

But when it comes down to the actual cut of your long hair, that should be determined on various factors the major of which is the shape of your face. The shape of your face will lead you to choosing a haircut that will suit you best. Short bangs, or sweeping bangs, parting hair in different ways are also great ways to enhance a hair cut. Also it is a good idea to start collecting hair accessories to keep your long hair looking stylish, but tidy and out of the way when it's down. Headbands, lace, ribbon, barrettes, jeweled or beaded clips and pins are the daily staples of long hair devotees.

The vast and varied types of hairstyles can be easily seen on everyone walking around, but remember that everyone has different qualities, features, bone structures and personalities so what’s good for someone else may not necessarily be good for you. But the good news is that if you see a type of hairstyle style or cut that is appealing to you, you should get some professional advice on how it will look on you, and if you find that the particular style or cut will not do you justice you and your hairdresser can come up with a variation of the style that you like and that will look great on you, and this is the benefit of having so many styles, types and cuts to choose from when it comes to your hair. credit:articlesnatch

Tips for The Interview Interview Follow Up

Not getting a follow-up call when promised is a very common occurrence. Candidates are sometimes sure that they aced the interview and are perfect for the position, in fact they are anticipating a call and an offer. But instead they get "nothing." No offer; no call. They never hear from the company. This is not only frustrating, but reflects poorly on the company. In fact it is rude. What can you do about this situation? Here are some tips on how to handle the follow up that may save you from some anxiety.

1. Try to find out about the decision-process before you leave the interview. Ask when you could expect to hear back. Take that date and then add a few days before you start to worry.

2. Always send a follow up addressing any concerns you may have picked up or any thoughts you had about the position since the interview. Think of this as one more chance to put yourself in front of them.

3. After you have waited for a reasonable period beyond the date they stated, call and inquire as to the status of the position and whether you are still in the running.

4. As a general rule, don't call on Mondays - bad day to market anything. 5. If you leave a message inquiring about the status of the job, and no one calls you back after a couple of attempts - move on and forget about it. Don't call back more than a couple of times. There is a fine line between being persistent and being a pest. 6. If you are told you are no longer under consideration, try asking for feedback (most of the time they won't give you any, but still worth a try). Ask if there is any additional information that you can supply that will convince them that you are the right person for the job.

7. Don't rely on one job interview. No matter what was said in the interview – continue your search. There have been too many bad examples of those who thought they were a shoe-in - only to get a reject letter.

8. Don't take it personally! There are about a thousand reasons that could have affected your chances.

9. Accept the fact that not all companies are right for you. Just like blind dates - they are checking you out and you are checking them out. Sometimes it's chemistry – and sometimes it wasn't right for you – for whatever reason.

10.Try not to get discouraged by the rejects. It's a numbers game and your turn will come if you hang in there. credit:articlesnatch

5 Tips To Make Men Fall In Love

If you're anything like me you've been involved with a man and you couldn't gauge how he felt about you. Even if you're crazy about him, and you're ready to move the relationship forward to something more serious, it might be almost impossible to tell what he's thinking. Unless a guy utters those three delightful little words, we don't always have a clue to exactly what his heart or head is feeling. I was in that position and started to wonder how I could make a man fall in love with me. I was head over heels crazy for my boyfriend but I was pretty sure he was still in like mode and hadn't fallen in love with me yet.

One of the very first things I realized when I wanted to make a man fall in love with me is that attitude is everything. Men are attracted to happy women. If you're the type of woman who likes to find fault in little things, you'll struggle more when it comes to being adored by a man. Smiling, laughing and just genuinely having fun will draw him closer to you.

Being physically attractive is obviously important but not everything when it comes to getting the attention of a special man. Men enjoy women who make an effort to look good. This doesn't mean you have to be skinny with perfect hair. You do need to take some time to choose clothes that flatter your body and put on a little make up. Men love the natural look on the women in their lives so don't go overboard by wearing too much or things that are too tight or revealing.

When I was thinking about how to make a man fall in love with me I knew that confidence was crucial. Men love confident women. They like a woman who doesn't make excuses for the things she believes in or does. I didn't have the best job when I was trying to get my boyfriend to fall in love with me, but I loved my job. I was confident in what I did and it showed.

Being independent is great in some ways but in others it's less desirable. A great example is if you always feel the need to take care of yourself. It's wonderful to make your own money and pay your own way, but men love a woman who is gracious and grateful when it comes to receiving gifts. Men love doing things for the women they love and if he offers to pay for dinner or wants to take you away on a mini-vacation, let him. Men love pleasing the woman they care about.

Never put on a false front when you want a man to fall in love with you. If you are trying to impress him and you act in a way that is other than genuine, he's going to see through it. If you disagree on something with him, tell him. If you aren't comfortable being intimate too soon, make that clear to him. Stay true to the woman you are if you want to capture his heart. credit: ezinearticles

Design Birthday Party To Become Special

One of the very best parts of any birthday is the choosing of birthday cakes.

There are hundreds of different designs, and even more possibilities for pre-made cakes that you can choose. Even those that don't care for cake will have one at their celebration for those that do. Even when we get older and less enthusiastic about blowing out the candles we love to have a cake. There is something special about having a cake made just for us, and that usually only happens once a year.

The only other time when cakes might be more important than birthday cakes is when you are planning your wedding and you want to have the most spectacular cake of your life. Just because we often think the wedding cake is the ultimate, that doesn't mean you have to settle when you choose one for your birthday if you don't want to. Though most birthday cakes are small and flat, you can get something much like a wedding cake when you have a special number coming up, or you know you are having a large gathering.

Although you can choose the cake favor that you like, but most of the decoration on the cake are same. Though the decoration on the outside is the first that people see and what seems impressive, the cake inside is what counts. If you really want to make your special day be more memorable, you must take this idea - add a unique cake topper on top of your birthday cake.

Then you want the very best for your birthday cakes, you should get a unique custom made figurine as cake topper. This cake topper is totally hand made. The artist who specializes in facial expressions will meticulously sculpt the face based on the photos provided by the customer.

The heads are hand sculpted of polymer clay; it is about 4 to 5 inches high, so very tiny tools are used to sculpt the details in each cake topper or figurine. Each head is custom-made according to your photos. The bodies, bases, props and accessories are pre-made from fine resin and hand painted in beautiful detail. Each piece is custom-painted according to your favor colors.

Custom made figurine (as birthday cake toppers) will make your birthday day enormously impressive and unforgettable. Moreover, this unique birthday gift will treasure forever as always be reminded of your big day.
