Social or Not to be Social?

Ever wonder, why so many people keep visiting the same social network website day after day and week after week endlessly without fail 24/7. Not to mention the sheer amount of time people will forfeit to these social sites? I would not go as far as to say these people are hypnotised but they certainly show characteristics similar to a horse following a carrot.

I think the answer to this undoubtably extremely daunting question, lies in the very nature of individuals as human creatures. We have an inate built in pre programmed ability to be social and self promoting and we drive ourselves to extremes to do so.

Returning So what is it that keeps these individuals ( cross hair focused ) on logging in to the same site and expelling enourmous amounts of energy to be part of whatever the site is about. What is it that tells these people that the website can offer them more than what is outside of their very front doors.

Once again we are talkig about individuals as from the inside and not the physical needs. No website can possibly give any physical needs to the individual but if the mental pshychie wants some feedback and plenty of it, then the world is your oyster so to speak when visiting these sort of social sites. Others will come across your profile picture and message you in hope to get a reply, assuming they like what they see.

Some people join in hope of befriending like minded company, others want to create romance and some like to do business. Then you have the chatters. The last type is there to chat and chat until they can't possibly chat no more.

Ratings: You can get excellent ratings for throwing up a few pictures, this leads to more visitors to your profile and starts some kind of chain reaction and two way correspondenses to happen, some sites allow for more than pictures, some allow blogs, articles and music to keep everyone happy and interacting with each other. Whatever is available is obtainable via these networking sites.

Multiple identities: Is that the name of the game,, why do sooo many members of networking sites choose to have so many identities. One thing i did find out while visiting certain community network sites is this, hundreds of robot fake generated id's. new ones being generated each day to make the site look busy. But these are easily spotted as they hardly have any profile descriptions and they never reply back to you half the time. also a really big giveaway for fake id personalities is that their stats never update properly,

I hope you enjoyed reading this little insight into social networking communities. I will be posting more articles on this subject shortly...

Online Daing - How Lady Dress For The First Date?

You need to know where are you going to: will you walk in the park, beach and go swimming, horse riding or climbing mountains? Neutral colors, classic styles and great accessories are always comfortable if you don't know your destination.

Decide what makes you feel pretty, sexy, confident or comfortable and make the most of it. Do you ant to be seductive or look posh or intelligent? All in one?

Choose your colors. A black dress with silver jewelry could be stylish along with leather black shoes. If you decide that’s it, be careful with the heels. Think about comfort. Stiletto heels, or a very short skirt may make you uncomfortable and distract you from your date.

Don’t put too much make up on your face, you don’t want to hide behind a mask and you should be a perfect dating single Decide if you want to put more or lips or eyes, don’t make it all shiny around. If you’re planning to eat, better go for the eyes as these will last longer. If you’re unsure use some help from near make-up artist. You need to look gorgeous for that day. Remember to impress him on every date, not only for the first time. Everytime you can look different but still he’ll be interested in you. He’s yours!.

They change subject every time you ask about their personal life, marital status and opinion on online dating or if they have committed any crime. It’s not easy to avoid liars or turn one into positive-minded and honest. If you suspect him of telling a lie, ask him what are the things he likes in people. Then you tell about your own. Let him know that the most important thing is honesty. When he is evading your question, don’t let him change the subject too easily. Say that this must be very interesting and you would really like to know the story. You can comfort him with telling ‘you can tell me anything’. If you’re sure that he is lying or is much stressed of your insisting leave it. You already know there’s something wrong and you don’t want to hear ‘I have murdered someone yesterday’ to become another witness. Watch his behavior. If he is nervous, looking elsewhere, rapidly drinking or grabbing food probably he still want to change the topic because his glass is empty or need to walk to the toilet.

Don’t get mad about little lies, if he was late and seems to be very sorry don’t punish him and completely enjoy in dating You know it’s easy to get late and sometimes we lie that we waiting so long for a bus when in fact we had to finish that make-up. If you have found out he is a liar when you meet his brother on the street or his friends who say totally different story it might be not worth it. If you don’t want to be with a liar just find another guy. Remember, you can never change a liar. You can find a way to know the truth but that will never be revealed by your man directly.

Roommate - Tip To Stay Happiness

Having a roommate can drastically reduce the “frightening” element of being out on your own. Having someone live with you alleviates a lot of burdens that you don’t fully realize while living at home with your parents. Probably the biggest burden young adults find themselves facing is money and the cost of living. When you’re living at home, your parents take care of all the bills and buy the groceries. Roommates can share the cost of these expenses. By splitting the rent, groceries, and utilities, it is easier for young adults to maintain their independence and their own place, rather than moving back in with their parents.

Roommates also share the day-to-day household chores, which is another burden that can come as a surprise. Before moving out of your parent’s home, you may have only had to tidy your room and do a handful of chores, such as laundry or the dishes. Living in your own place you can be overwhelmed with the number of housecleaning chores that need to be done. By having a roommate, the chores can be shared and it won’t seem so overwhelming.

There are also several benefits to having a roommate that have nothing to do with sharing chores or splitting the bills. Having a roommate to come home to at the end of the day is a lot nicer than coming home to an empty apartment. A roommate gives you the chance to talk to someone about your day and share meals with. A roommate also helps to keep a form of “order” in place. You don’t have to put rules and curfews out for your roommate, but it’s nice to be courteous to them and let them know when and where you are going. It’s not the same form of rules as what you had in your parent’s home, but by adhering to them with your roommate, you can maintain a form of stability and structure like you had at home.

When you first move out of your parent’s home, you may be worried and a little scared about being out on your own for the first time. But by living with a roommate and working together, you’ll find that it can be a lot of fun and a very rewarding experience. And after a few months, you will probably find yourself wondering why you were so nervous in the beginning.

Warm Feeling With Winter Wines

If you're unsure of the meaning, winter wines are those that are preferred during the cold winter months and that will help take the nip out of the air, giving you a toasty warm feeling all over. These are wines that are considered full-body and lush, as opposed to the light and refreshing wines you would enjoy during the summer months. If you're a wine lover, you understand the appeal of the wines of winter, and find that they're easily preferred over the standard winter beverages of hot cocoa or tea. Sure, those are all well and good, but how do they taste with a fine selection of cheese and olives?

When considering your options, you would probably prefer an elegant Cabernet Sauvignon or an earthy Chateauneuf-du-Pape. These are both complex wines with a hearty aroma and reassuring body. Neither needs to be very expensive, as they are both typically very fine choices regardless of vintage or name brand.

Reisling is another fine choice when it comes to winter wines. While still crisp and fruity as you would expect from a summer choice, it is intense with a typically rounded finish - perfect for those late winter lunches when you've slept in decided to spend all day inside. While still served slightly chilled, it's a perfect match for seafood or shellfish, or for when you want to just nibble some cheese in front of the fire.

Consider a good port as another choice when it comes to hearty wines. Aging these in wines in oak barrels means adding distilled grape spirits, often cognac, in order to boost the alcohol content. White port is also a good choice, and is served cold or slightly chilled; these range from dry to very sweet. Port is such a popular choice when it comes to winter wines that there are actually rules of etiquette that once surrounded its serving; typically the bottle is passed "port to port," meaning that the host pours a glass for the person to their right and then passes the bottle to their left; this is repeated until the bottle makes its way around the table. Of course, if it's just the two of you, it may be a good idea to be a bit more modest about this practice and save some for later!

Burgundy wines are also fine choices for winter, as they are typically the heaviest or most full-bodied wines there are. If you're looking to stay away from chilled wines and want something to keep you warm that's not too sweet but still full of flavor, burgundies are probably your best choice.

Winter wines are good options for the cold months when you're looking to try something new and want to get away from the overly fruity and sweet wines of summer. When you're stuck indoors and are looking for ways to keep yourself warm, you should definitely give your wine tasting some renewed attention with any of these options.

Your Finest Turkish Wine

It is probably a rare wine drinker that walks into a fancy restaurant and tells the wine steward, "Bring me some of your finest Turkish wines." The country of Turkey is not typically known as being a producer of fine wines and isn't always given the respect and regard that it deserves because of its wine production. However, once you start to learn a little bit about wines from Turkey, you may find that indeed it would be good if your favorite restaurant began serving this choice!

Interestingly enough, wine drinking was actually banned in Turkey for some 500 years during the rule of the Ottoman empire, but fortunately for us today wines from Turkey have made quite a comeback and are being rediscovered by wine connoisseurs around the world. Also, because the country is now looking to be more competitive economically, wine growers are realizing the importance of producing a product that is palatable to a worldwide audience. What makes them so high-quality?

The Climate of Turkey

One of the reasons that Turkish wines are so high quality is because of the climate of the country. Their warm and dry Mediterranean summers and mild winters make for some of the best grape harvests there are. Even inland away from the Mediterranean, there are pockets of wine producing regions, some more successful in grape growing and harvesting than others.

Grapes Grown in Turkey

There are actually some 1,000 different grapes that are grown in Turkey, but the vast majority of them are used for fruit or raisins. Only about 40 types of grapes are made into Turkish wines. However, these grapes include many local types, including Bogazkere, Kalecik Karasi, Karasakiz, Çalkarasi, and Öküzgözü for the red variety, Emir, Narince and Sultaniye for white wines. With the fourth-largest vineyard area in the world, but with such a small percentage of those grapes for wine growth, it is no wonder that the few wines they produce need to be of the best quality.

Looking Forward to the Future

Despite the one-time ban on wines from Turkey due to religious taboo, they are now becoming more competitive on the worldwide market and because Turkey is looking to compete on a global scale both economically and culturally, the future can only hold good things for their winemakers. While they may have some catching up to do when it comes to being competitive with their nearby countries, it's likely that Turkey will appreciate the natural gift they have of a beautiful climate that is perfect for grape growing and winemaking. Certainly the future holds only good things for those who love and appreciate Turkish wines.

Adding These Tp Your Wedding Budget

Being engaged is so much fun right? Yes. Now you have to stay grounded and not go into debt to get you through to the most important day of your life. One of the best things about being engaged is having a partner to lean on and listen to before things become too stressfull.

Budget

While the budget for your wedding shouldn't be the single most important thing, it does rank pretty high up there. Because a budget is such an important factor, this should be done soon after the engagement so you can begin to know how much you have to work with and how much you may have to work around.

Gather up everyone who may be responsible for the financial funding of your wedding and come to an agreement that everyone can live with right up front. This may include only you and your fiance or an entire family. Go into this discussion knowing that it will change and be revised by the time everything is over with, but coming up with a figure everyone can live with early is key to working your wedding budget.

Saving

Discuss with your fiance what your plan will be when unexpected costs arise during the planning of your wedding. This is a good way to have a plan ahead of time, avoiding arguments later. Working extra overtime may be an option, or picking up extra cash by working at a friends shop Saturdays may be a possibility.

Whatever you are able to do to make extra cash, start on it early and then stash that cash away. It may not even seem that you will need it at first, but more than likely it will come in handy at some point. Especially if your budget isn't exactly what you had hoped it would be. If nothing else, in the end that money can be used as spending cash on your honeymoon. Open a new savings account for your "wedding fund". As the wedding gets closer and vendors balances have to be paid, or extra expenses come up, go to your fund.

Do It Yourself

Another great way to save some extra cash is look at things that are important to you about your wedding that you can do yourself. How much do you really need to spend on invitations? Is it something that can be done from your home computer and look just as beautiful? More than likely you can find ways to save on vendor services that you can end up doing yourself.

Incorporate friends and family who are talented and crafty. Utilize the skills they have and combine them with your vision. If you don't have anyone like that in your life, use the internet to teach you what you don't know and what you would like to learn. Don't sell yourself short. You can do amazing things yourself, even if you aren't the most crafty person around.

If you and your fiance work as a team, you can accomplish great things for your wedding that won't put you in debt later. Having a wonderful wedding and a great honeymoon are exciting things, but who wants to come back and worry about bills? Not a fun way to start off a new marriage. Now you dont have to worry about that. One more thing you can check off your list. Credit to : Rene Fletcher(Isnare.com)

Food To Help You Good Healthy

I have read the article written by Susan M. Lark M.D. about the food to help you for good healthy and I think it's great to share this with you. An optimum diet containing an abundance of high-nutrient, low stress foods is the basis for good health, energy, and a sense of well-being. Susan have been continually impressed by the health benefits that good nutritional habits provide. She spend a great deal of time counseling her patients nutritionally. This is an important one that women have the knowledge and information that they need to effectively plan and prepare their own meals.

Foods that we need to eat to assure good health: whole grains, legumes, raw seeds and nuts, fish, poultry, fruits, vegetables, sweeteners, herbs and spices, and water. This chapter covers not only the nutrient benefits of these foods and how best to include them, but also their role in relieving and preventing a variety of female health problems and other health issues. Be sure to incorporate these foods abundantly in your daily diet while enjoying their good flavors and textures.

Whole grains are the seeds of various grasses and are often referred to as "cereals." They have been the mainstay of the human diet for thousands of years, as our body's main source of fuel and energy. While the grains consumed in different societies vary greatly wheat in the United States, rice in the Orient they provide the backbone for all diets. In fact, a meal without grain often feels incomplete and somehow lacking.

Whole grains are almost complete meals within themselves, containing fiber, protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins such as B and E complexes, and many minerals like calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese. There are three main parts to each kernel of grain: the endosperm, or central core, which is about 80 percent of the entire kernel; the germ, which comprises about 3 percent; and the bran, which encompasses 15 percent of the kernel. Whole grain products contain all three parts of the grain and have a high concentration of nutrients. However, when grain is refined in milling to produce white flour products, the germ and bran are removed, leaving only the endosperm. As a result, most of the essential nutrients of the grain are removed, leaving a devitalized product.

The nutrients of whole grains help promote good overall health. They also have a tremendous effect on relieving the symptoms and reducing the risk of a wide variety of female related health problems. Whole grains have a very potent effect on regulating estrogen levels in the body, through their high levels of phytoestrogens (natural plant estrogens), their fiber content, and their high levels of vitamin B complex and vitamin E.

Many whole grains are excellent sources of phytoestrogens. Whole grains contain lignans, cellulose like materials that provide structure to plants. Lignans have been found to be weakly estrogenic and can bind to the estrogen receptors of cells. As a result, they can provide additional nutritional support to menopausal women deficient in this hormone. In addition, certain plants like buckwheat are excellent sources of the bioflavonoid rutin. Like lignans, many bioflavonoids are estrogenic and can help to regulate the effects of our own body's estrogen on sensitive target tissue like the breast and uterus. Rutin is particularly helpful in its ability to strengthen capillaries and reduce heavy menstrual bleeding in transitioning menopausal women. Studies attest to this. Bioflavonoids have been used, along with vitamin C, to reduce heavy bleeding in transitioning menopausal women and women with bleeding due to fibroid tumors and spontaneous abortions. In fact, an early study done at the University of Tennessee Medical School in 1956 found that the bioflavonoid vitamin C combination allowed 78 percent of high risk women to carry their pregnancies to full term.

Becoming Happy

Living an optimistic life is wonderful. It is actually good for your health. Being happy alters your bodies chemistry and protects you from harmful stress. Stress will increase your chance getting heart disease and cancer. Remaining happy is so important that your life may depend on it. One aspect universal to human experience is change. Change is all around us and happens all the time. This means that however bad the situation, you can find comfort in knowing that things will change.

Relationships are crucial to maintaining happiness. The quality of your relationships with people will determine the quality of your life. If your relationships are suffering, change your attitude. Accept people for who they are. Stop trying to change people, and you may find that you get into less arguments. Resentment will disappear when you accept everything around you.

Be grateful for what you have. Show appreciation for your friends and family. These are the people who keep you sane. Humans are social animals so your relationships with other people will have an effect on your happiness. Accept them for who they are. Everyone has flaws, so don't let them get in the way of functioning relationships. Accept people for who they are and you will find less conflict in your life.

Make sure to manage your time. Time is the only thing you can't get back, so write down what you want to do, and how you can go about doing them. Time management skills will give you a sense of purpose and will keep you living productively. Spend time learning new things. Improving as a person will keep depressing thoughts out of your mind as you will constantly be challenged. Learning new things will also give you exciting possibilities for the future.

Manage your life. Your time is extremely valuable so think about how you spend your day. To live more effectively eliminate what isn't positively contributing to the quality of your lifestyle. For example stop ingesting constant information from the media. The news and most entertainment is designed to arouse your emotions with conflict. While this may be stimulating it is not particularly conducive to a stable, happy mental state.

Expressing what you feel is vital for maintaining your mental health. Don't be afraid to express yourself. If what you feel is negative, just make sure you express it in a fashion that isn't unnecessarily hurtful to others. Try expressing the next 10 thoughts you have to someone around you. You will be surprised that such honesty is appreciated and will actually strengthen your relationships.

Laughter will improve your mood and make you remember what it is like to feel joy again. Laughter is self-expression. Apply that to all your feelings. Express your yourself to the people around you. Exercise is another way to express your energy. Our bodies need to be exercised- it's what they were designed for. This advice should set you on your way to living a happier life.
