Yoga is a type of practive which you can used like a sport. Can yoga really treat what ails you?
In the part the yogo was a new trend in the minds of money, a novelty destined have it's rise then as all trends do, and inevitable fall. During those days, articles would always begin with simple yet vague definition of yoga, with the angle that it would help you get lean and sexy. I usually protested, since losing weight was always more of a problem then a challenge and I'm drawn to practice for it's mystical side more than anything else.
For me, yoga is a lot about the way I live. Simply getting on the mat and doing a physical practice of yoga is one of the best things you or I can do for our body.
Once you learn some of the basis of youga, you too can continue to practice by yourself at your own schedule. A short 15 to 20 minutes a day, six days a week and in a week or two, you'll feel better than you have in years.
